At The Strike Zone, we understand that you want the best for your ball player. Our instructors can help your player have better skills and a better understanding of the game. Our instruction is specific and easily understood. Our lessons are fun and offer positive feedback.

Pitching and hitting successfully and consistently, both require proper mechanics. Without proper mechanics a player will not reach his full potential and could possibly be setting himself up for long term bad habits and even injury. Our trained instructors will teach these skills with a systematic approach that works and will give your player the tools and confidence needed to be his best.

		Cage Rental

	Our cage rentals are at very affordable rates and offer the use of any of our training aids. We have only professional equipment in our facility and invite you to use them all. From our tees to our pitching mounds, I am sure you will find all you need. We want you to have a great experience so you will come back again and again.

	MLB VIDEO ANALYSIS

Add video analysis to any lesson for $15. Our state of the art video and software program was created for the development of teaching players how to hit like the pros. Our instructors can use this tool to greatly increase the players awareness of all mechanical failures while giving them a better understanding of how to accomplish a perfect swing.

By putting you side by side with many different MLB players, you will be able to see what is right with your swing, and what needs working. Learn about negative motion, toe touch, heel plant, connection, bat lag, contact and extension and how to execute them in a balanced swing.
